Carmen Carrabis is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with more than a decade of advanced practice experience and over 15 years in healthcare. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Grand Canyon University and has been dedicated to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care since 2012.
Carmen has specialized in pain management since 2014, working with leading pain practices across Arizona and nationally. She brings extensive expertise in interventional and non-interventional pain treatments, including nerve blocks, joint and trigger point injections, and comprehensive medication management. She is highly experienced in evaluating and coordinating advanced procedures such as spinal cord stimulation, radiofrequency ablation, and minimally invasive spine interventions.
In addition to her procedural expertise, Carmen has managed outpatient clinics and implemented clinical protocols to improve patient outcomes, safety, and operational efficiency. Her background also includes internal medicine, neuropathy care, wound care, and home health—giving her a well-rounded perspective in treating complex, chronic conditions.
Fluent in Spanish, Carmen is passionate about ensuring clear communication and access to care for a diverse patient population. She is known for her compassionate, hands-on approach and her commitment to helping patients regain function and improve quality of life.
Outside of the clinic, Carmen enjoys spending time in nature, exploring new foods, dancing, and watching movies.
