John Salazar has completed a Masters of Science in nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner from the University of St Francis in Albuquerque New Mexico in 2015.
In 2010, he obtained his Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of New Mexico.
John completed an Associate of Science in Nursing from Central New Mexico Community College in 2007.
John joined Pain Arizona in September 2025 and has 10 years of pain management experience with focus on intervention pain.
He has practiced as a Nurse Practitioner at The New Mexico Pain and Spine Institute, AZ Pain Doctors and Arizona Pain Specialists. He has previous experience as an ICU charge nurse/house supervisor at the University of New Mexico Hospital.
